1.- There is no minimum period for delivery of vehicles in the airport, but the minimum charge is 3 days. . 2.- Delivery to the Airport is possible 24 hours a day. Between the hours of 22,00 to 08,00 there is a surcharge for “nightdelivery”. Delivery and return of vehicles is only possible to the Airport . 3.- At the time of reservation you will be asked to pay a reservation deposit of 20% of the full rental price for the period you wish to reserve or you can do a full payment and will then receive a discount. Have you chosen the deposit only solution , you must then accept the rest-payment is taken on your creditcard 5 days before the rental starts . Groups CC to KHHX must be paid fully 4 weeks before rental starts 4.- If the vehicle is returned later than the agreed time which will be stated on the rental contract, there will be a surcharge of 10,00 Euro. pr. hour. 5.- Only named drivers have the right to drive the car. If you wish to have more than one driver on the contract there will be a surcharge. 6.- We deliver, babyseats and boosterseats to all vehicles, if it has been pre-booked at the time of reservation. 7.- All the cars have third party insurance included in the price. 8.- CDW. ( Collision Damage Waiver ) + TP ( Theft Protection ) . The cars in the groups A-KHHX have an excess specified for each group from 300.00 to 700.00 Euro, is subject to an CDW + TP excess as outlined in our general rental conditions. 9.- TP ( Theft Protection ) Theft of the vehicle is covered ,if the client returns the vehicle key to the office , and if the key is not returned , the client must cover the marked value of the vehicle ,is subject to an TP excess as outlined in our general rental conditions. . 10.- Not Covered . Theft of objects inside the vehicle, damages to the undercarriage of the vehicle , rim and tyres, loss of keys , damaged to the interior of the vehicle are not covered ,damages outside normal wear-and tear , This also go for excessive soiling of interior. 11.- If the renter is involved in an accident, the renter will not automaticly be offered an substitute car, but an evaluation will be done in each separate case by the rental company. 12.- The cars are always delivered with a full tank of fuel. You have the following options: ..1.- Chose to pay for the fuel and return the vehicle empty. There is no refund for unused petrol. ..2.- Return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel. If you choose the second option and the vehicle does not have the same amount of fuel on returning , you will be charged the same amount of litres petrol missing times 2. 13.- Cancellation: A reservation can be cancelled prior to 4 weeks before agreed delivery date , without loss of deposit/full payment , but a cancelation fee of 8% will be deducted . However , if the reservation is cancelled after 4 weeks before the agreed delivery date then there will be a charge of 20 % of the full rental price. If the reservation is cancelled 48 hours before delivery , or if the vehicle is not collected at the agreed delivery time in the airport , the total rental price has to be paid.
14.- NettoCar rents Cars by groups ,It is not possible to choose a specific model in the group.The listed cars in the page are only to show the size and model type.
